The 2011 Section 1A Individual Wrestling Tournament will be held at the Mayo Civic Center on February 25 and February 26.Once wrestling starts at noon on Friday, you will be able to access results after each round via this website: www.tstuff.com/result1.htm

Section 1A Team Tournament 2011

Goodhue was given the #7 seed. We will wrestle #10 Dover-Eyota on Thursday, Feb. 17; the winner advances to wrestle #2 Kenyon-Wanamingo.

Note: Quarterfinal winner advances to Semi-Finals held at the Mayo Civic Center on Saturday, February 19th.

HVL JV Tournament Information

On Saturday, February 12, Lake City will host the HVL JV Conference Tournament. Come cheer on the JV wrestlers in their last event of the 2010-2011 season.

Bus Departure: 7:30 a.m.
Weigh-ins: 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.
Wrestling Starts: 10:00 a.m.

Note: This has traditionally been a "long" tournament, as they are only able to run 3 mats.

Friday, February 11th Announcement vs. Rochester Mayo

With Section Tournaments around the corner, Rochester John Marshall has elected to be cautious and has declined to come wrestle us on Friday night.

Fortunately, I found a team that was willing to come up on such short notice. Rochester Mayo will replace JM as the opponent on Friday night. All plans for Parents Night, Senior Night, and the 2001 State Team Championship will resume as planned.

Please bring your family, friends and neighbors - it should be a great dual and a great night to recognize the members and supporters of the Goodhue Wrestling program!

Robbinsdale Armstrong Duals info 2/5/11

On Saturday, February 5th, the Varsity as well as interested JV wrestlers will be traveling to Robbinsdale Armstrong High School. The JV wrestlers will compete in a separate (but in the same gym) individual tournament. The Varsity will compete in 3-4 duals.
